Inspired from 1964 by KB's F104s and completely persuaded in 1974 by seeing Mirages in action above the Helchteren shooting range, I started my career in the Air Force with the Electro-Mechanics Tech Ing training. Was a student pilot for a while, made the real start in the 8 Smd Mirage in Bierset. After that I was almost exclusively Fl Comd and Smd Comd Line and Armament for the training aircraft A-Jet, Marchetti and Fouga Magister. Only at the end of my career did I completely reorient myself, namely to become a full-time Prevention Advisor.
